Automatic closing

V aplikaci GP tom si mohou uživatelé od verzí Android 1.76 a iOS 1.13 nově nastavit časové období pro automatické uzavření dávek. Tato možnost je dostupná jak na obrazovce s přehledem, tak i v detailu aktuálně otevřené dávky, kde ji lze jednoduše konfigurovat kliknutím na ikonu úprav.

The user can choose how often the closing should occur, thus adapting its frequency to their needs.

Thanks to this feature, it is no longer necessary to perform the closing manually - just set the desired time period and the application will take care of everything automatically. This is another step towards simplifying work and increasing comfort when using the GP TOM application.

For the automatic closing to work properly on GP tom terminals with the Girocard plugin, it is necessary that the application is actively open in the foreground at the given time. If the application is not in the foreground, a push notification will arrive, which must be clicked on - this will then trigger the closing.

Batch

The auto-close setting option now appears right next to the close option. You can edit the auto-close settings by clicking the pencil icon.

Here you can turn on automatic shutter.
There is also an option to check the box Set on all devices, which will set the automatic closure for all terminals under the same location.

After turning it on, you set when and at what time the automatic closing will be performed for the first time and how often it should be automatically triggered (daily/weekly/..., but you can also choose the days you want it to be performed) and there is still the option to set it for all devices at a given location.

Once you confirm everything, you will always see in the closing date when the next automatic closing date is due.
The completed closings will then be displayed in the closing history.
