In this section we will guide you through the activation of GP tom Plus. First, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of GP tom. The service activation is done for the entire account, so if you have multiple terminals under this account, the service will be activated automatically on all of them.
In the Account section, you will see a new button „GP tom Plus“. Clicking it will bring up this screen where you can view the benefits of the service or be redirected to our price list. To activate the service, simply click ACTIVATE.
Select your current VAT status here. You can always change the settings directly in the application.
For verification, we will send you an authorization code to your email, which you need to enter into the application and confirm with the „GO“ button. If you do not receive the code, please try to check all folders of the email, including SPAM.
This completes the activation process and you can now enjoy all the benefits of Plus. You will now see the new „Catalogue“ and „Orders“ buttons in the main menu.
SERVICE DEACTIVATION
You can deactivate the service directly in the app on this screen. Just click the menu at the top right and there is an option to „Deactivate“.
You will receive an authorization code to your email, which you need to enter into the application and confirm with the „GO“ button. If you did not receive the email, please check all your email folders including SPAM.
You have thus deactivated the service for your entire account. If you would like to reactivate the service, just do it directly in the app.

If you are interested in the main advantages of the service, you can start a short introduction. Just click on the menu on the top right of the main screen and select „GP tom Plus Benefits“.
