We are bringing you a new card operation, Return, which eliminates the hassle of searching for a payment in history or dealing with missing receipts. Simply enter the amount and you can return the money to any customer card.
This method is available from Android version 1.75 and iOS 1.13. It also needs to be activated in the contract.
On the main screen, tap the “+” icon, which will take you to either create a new payment or return a payment.

The screen for attaching the credit card will appear. Ask the client to attach the card to the phone's NFC reader, or attach it for the client if they agree. Hold the card against the reader until the signal sounds or all green LEDs on the display light up.
Once the card is successfully loaded, the application will initiate the transaction return authorization.
The result of the refund of the transaction will be displayed on the screen along with the payment details. If the client requests a receipt, tap on the “Generate Receipt” button.
The receipt can be sent via SMS (if the smart device has a SIM card), email or print. It can also be retrieved by the client's device via QR code.
Once you choose how you want to send the receipt, fill in the necessary information (phone number, email).
Refund of the transaction is visible in the history of payments.
